On the Job Training & Coaching

This could be with new employment or a return to work after a period of time away. It can take time to adjust to the changes in demand and expectations of returning to work.

For this reason Achieve Rehab offers an open or discrete service for either on the job training to maximise performance in the role required or job coaching, which can be provided away from the work place.

Following an acquired brain injury an individuals abilities can differ to pre injury levels, it can feel like trying to fit a spare peg into a round hole.

These difficulties can be subtle and missed, but can also be easily  resolved with the correct type of support.
