Graded Returns to Work

When returning to a previous place of employment or opening new adventures it is important to commence on a graded return.

Often individuals refer to a graded return as the process of returning to work following a physical injury or period away due to surgery. This is often referred to as light duties.

Returning to work after time away can present different challenges and require more planning and coordination to ensure this ends in the desired outcome, often taking longer than anticipated due to awareness injury symptoms which may be longer lasting.

The employee and employer may have considered the duration of the graded return but not always identified the types of tasks or complexity of tasks which can also be graded.  This process is Achieve Rehab's speciality.
