This can for people who have an established career, or are just starting out and considering a career. This may include exploring alternative employment or considering first time roles whilst in or leaving full time education.

Following an injury or accident support can provide an opportunity to undergo career planning to look at future choices inline with strenghts and abilities.

This can also offer an opportunity to support the individual to open new avenues and interests which were once 'parked' due to pre injury life choices.  Supporting the individual adjust to their new self identity and understanding what could be sustainable future employment.
