Specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) and now accepting referrals in this area.  Approved by the Royal College of Physicians, 2025.

 

CBTi is not a single intervention, it is a collection of evidence based approaches working together which is integrated with routines, fatigue management, environmental modification and occupational demands.

This is suitable for people experiencing sleep difficulties - such as trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking earlier than intended.

Provided virtually, so no restrictions in location or additional pressure with travel costs. 

Initial assessment (60 minutes) with a CBTi therapist - £120

Initial assessment (60 minutes) and follow up (45 minutes) - £200

Follow up appointments (45 minutes) - £90 

Six session CBTi individualised package  - £550

(introductory offer for a time limited period only £499)
