This is suitable for people  who would like to improve sleep naturally, treatment for insomnia and address sleep problems such as trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking earlier than intended without medication.

Specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) and now accepting referrals in this area.  Approved by the Royal College of Physicians 2025, and Recognised by the The International Directory of CBT-I Providers.

 

CBTi is not a single intervention, it is a collection of evidence based approaches working together which is integrated with routines, fatigue management, environmental modification and occupational demands.

Provided virtually, so no restrictions in location or additional pressure with travel costs. 

Initial assessment (60 minutes) with a CBTi therapist - £120

Initial assessment (60 minutes) and follow up (45 minutes) - £200

Follow up appointments (45 minutes) - £90 

Six session CBTi individualised package  - £550
