Functional Assessments in Activities of Daily Living

Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapists have additional training to offer the following range of stand alone Occupational Therapy focused assessments:
- Equipment, Aids and Adaptations Assessment
- Task-Based Assessments
-The Perceive, Recall, Plan & Perform (PRPP) System of Task Analysis is an assessment and intervention model.
The PRPP Assessment is a standardised, client centred, criterion referenced, ecological occupational therapy assessment of occupational performance.
This is suitable for anyone who has noticed tasks at home have become harder to complete.
Can be undertaken in your home location or via Microsoft Teams.
Guidance and recommendations will be provided following initial assessment up to the allocated timeframes, costs as follows:
- Initial Assessment (1 hour) with email summary - £150
- Complex (up to 2 hours) Assessment with email summary - £290
- Comprehensive Assessment (2.5 hour) with report - £540
Face to face also provided with additional fees for travel.
